6 TB SSD Drive

Most modern computers and laptops can be equipped with very capacious hard drives, whose volume in some cases can reach 10 TB. However, for those who prefer a more modern conventional HDD SSD-drives – the choice is somewhat limited. SSDs have yet to be definitively conquer the mass market. And one of the factors, stopping this event is their price. However, the industry is not standing still and trying withdraw SSD to the fore for Storage.
In July this year the company Fixstars is going to start supply the world’s first SSD-drive capacity of 6 TB. The company claims that the SSD-carrier is among the most capacious 2.5-inch SSD-drives on the market. About the price, unfortunately, it has not reported.
It is clear,that model of volume 6 TB will very not cheap. However, the demand for SSD-storage of large volumes (which are commonly used in data centers, as well as in the media industry) are increasing constantly and so Fixstars decided to shift its attention on this market. Model 6000M, undoubtedly attract a lot of attention. It uses a 15-nanometer chip flash memory and offer read / write speed at 540/520 MB / s, respectively. Even though  SSD-carriers continue to maintain a relatively high cost, the price is slowly but surely reduced. And when compared with the past, the model of 120 GB and 250 GB significantly cheaper, becoming far more accessible.
